The Residence "Borgo Alba Chiara" is a new residential complex, the result of a lovingly restoration of an ancient building (XVI century) located on the boundary of the old town with an olive-grove and a terraced park with stone walls and lake view. It has 20 apartments of various types and is situated in proximity of the centre Toscolano/Maderno, few meters from the old port and the equipped beach. The apartments have got the features of old times, for example some architectural elements like stone walls, vaults in brick or stone, cotto floors, wooden beams, coffered ceilings with frescoes. Carefully furnished, they’ve got private bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and microwave oven, one or two rooms, in some apartments with garret, telephone, Sat-TV, safe, heating or air conditioning (working approximately from the 15th June to the 15th September). The Residence offers also the following services: reception, lift, private and closed car park, laundry with coin washing machine and dryer, swimming pool with whirlpool and counter corrent swimming; children swimming pool, solarium with deck chairs and sunshade umbrellas.
