The Residence “Villa S. Caterina” is the result of the lovingly renovation of an ancient liberty-style building of the beginning of the XX century. Set in Gardoncino, hamlet of Manerba del Garda, beautified by a nice little church and the neighbouring buildings, thanks to the standing search for perfection the residence is perfectly integrated with the little old town and mirrors the rural past. The little tower with amazing sight on the lake, the wide terraces and rich decorations saved as they were in the past make of Villa S. Caterina an example of a typical villa of the beginning of the last century. Within the surroundings of a 3500 sq. m park, it offers the guests a fascinating view on the Valtenesi valley with morainic hills on the background. The apartments of various dimensions maintain some original features like cotto and brick floors, some decorated ceilings, parquet and wooden beams.
